Tap “Confirm indicator rapidly blinks” to connect device. Enter Wi-Fi password and tap “Confirm” to connect to network. Enter device page to complete configuration. Test connected device using app switch.

    Yes, but do not expose the bulbs to water or other moisture.

    No, they do not. Jeeo smart home products does not require a hub--just Smart Life App.

  • How do you make the Jeeo Smart Wi-Fi Bulbs go into sync mode?
    1. Power on, wait 10 seconds then power off 2. Turn on-off-on-off-on 3. Confirm the bulb is now rapidly flashing
  • Do the Jeeo Smart Wi-Fi Bulbs work without internet connection?
    Yes. Use the light switch, turn it off first and then turn it back on, the bulb will be on.
  • If I fail to connect the Jeeo Smart Wi-Fi Bulbs using the app, what should I do?"
    Please make sure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi for setup Please make sure your bulb is in close range to your Wi-Fi router during set up (recommend less than 15 feet). After successful connection, you can move it further but keep within Wi-Fi range. Please make sure your bulb is not covered or surrounded by metal. Some lamps are made from metal and will block Wi-Fi signals to the bulb. Make sure you do not have too many devices connected to the same router. The limit varies for different brands, typically no more than 50. You can temporarily turn off some unused devices and then try again. Sometimes, it is the connection problem to the Jeeo cloud server. Please make sure no firewall blocks the connection.

    No, they are not compatible at this time.

    Long press the power button for 5 seconds to reset or clear network settings, flashing indicator means the device is in network discovery mode. Slow flashing indicator light means poor network connection, please check Wi-Fi router or network configuration.

    - Stable Wi-Fi network to access Amazon or Google server - An Amazon Echo or Google Home device, of course - An Amazon Echo or Google Home account, of course - Smart Life App and a registered account - Make sure there is at least one device under your Smart Life account, and the device is named to be recognized by Amazon Echo or Google Home
  • How do I connect Smart Life App account to Amazon Echo account?
    In the Amazon Echo App, tap "Skills" in the menu, then search "Smart Life." Select "Smart Life" and tap "Enable" to enable Jeeo skill. You will be redirected to the account link page. Type in your Smart Life account and password, dont forget to select the country/region where your account belongs to. Then tap "Link Now" to link your Jeeo account. When "Alexa has been successfully linked with Smart Life" appears, tap "X" on the top right corner. Voila, you're connected!
  • How do I control Jeeo Smart Home products using Amazon Echo?
    Amazon Echo needs to discover your Jeeo Smart Home products before it can control them. You can say "Alexa, discover devices" to Echo. Echo will discover Jeeo products already added in the Smart Life App. You can also tap "Discover Devices" in the Amazon Alexa App to discover Jeeo Smart Home products.
  • How do I use voice command with Jeeo Smart Home products?
    Now that you're setup, you can control Jeeo Smart Home products by speaking to Amazon Echo. You can use the following commands to control your named Jeeo Smart Home products (e.g., bedroom light): - Alexa, turn on/off bedroom light - Alexa, set bedroom light to 50 percent (Jeeo Smart Wi-Fi LED Bulb) - Alexa, brighten/increase bedroom light (Jeeo Smart Wi-Fi LED Bulb) - Alexa, dim/decrease bedroom light (Jeeo Smart Wi-Fi LED Bulb) You can also setup groups in Amazon Alexa App. Tap "Creat Group," give your group a name like "my smart lights," select devices to add them in this group, then tap "Save." Now you can control your devices by group. Try saying "Alexa, turn on my smart lights," all the lights in your group are turned on!
